Fresh King Crab (Zuwaiganiズワイガニ) is imported from Fukui in Japan. Fresh catch of King Crab is only available in Nov-Mar. Frozen King Crab can only be served in Apr-Oct. Each crab is more than 1.8kg. Weight of 1.8-2.4kg can serve 1-2 persons. Weight of 2.4-3.6kg can servce 3-5 persons. Weight more than 3.6kg can serve around 6 persons. Fresh crab must not be served as sashimi. As each crab weighs differently, the final weight and price will be communicated and confirmed. $330/kg
